The Becker Bulldog wrestlers competed in a quad Feb. 6 where they wrestled Howard Lake-Waverly Winsted, Scott West, and Sibley East. Becker wasted no time in taking down all three teams and earning themselves first place on the podium.

Becker vs. HLWW

Jacob Williams (107) started Becker off strong with a 3-1 tie breaker which gave Becker three team points. Odin Duncombe (114) scored a 9-4 decision and won three more points for Becker. Boston Kuschel (121) proved his skills on the mat after taking out his opponent in a first round fall and earning the team a total of six points. 

Bennett Kujawa (127) won his match in a 19-4 technical fall. Jake Rosenow (139) took out his opponent in a 18-3 technical fall. Landen Kujawa (145) received six points due to a forfeit. Kaden Nicolas (160) beat his opponent in a 21-5 technical fall. Owen Angell (172) destroyed his opponent in a first round fall garnering six points for the team. The final score was Becker 39, Howard Lake-Waverly Winsted 24.

Becker vs. Scott West

Jacob Williams (107) won his match in a 17-1 technical fall against his opponent. Taking his opponent out in a first round fall, Boston Kuschel (121) earned six points for Becker. Bennett Kujawa (127) destroyed his opponent in a 19-4 technical fall. Nolan Jurek (133) took out his competition in an 18-9 major decision. Brayden Boots (145) won his match by a 15-0 technical fall. Landen Kujawa (152) pinned his opponent in a second round fall and received six points. Owen Angell (172) scored a 17-1 technical fall to give Becker the final score of 36 - 35 over Scott West.

Becker vs. Sibley East

Jacob Williams (107), Odin Duncombe (114), Boston Kuschel (121), Bennett Kujawa (127), Jake Rosenow (139), Brayden Boots (152), Owen Angell (172), and Kendrick Tomasko (189) all received six points due to their opponents forfeiting. 

Bennett Kujawa (127) beat his opponent in an 18-3 technical fall. Nolan Jurek (133) took out his opponent in a sudden victory and earned three points. Landen Kujawa (145) won his match by a 19-4 technical fall. Grady Muellner (160) destroyed his opponent in a second round fall. Aiden Golley (215) won his match in a 8-5 decision. The final score was Becker 64, Sibley East 6.
