Thursday, girls tennis played extremely well and dominated the court against Aitkin.

 

Number one singles was played by Anna Ritchie, who lost to Brynn Wilson.  She played her heart out and made it a tough game, but lost the battle.  

 

In singles two was Taylor Pawlicki who dominated over her opponent Heather Gaulke 6-2 both matches. 

 

Singles three was played Courtney Nuest beat her opponent Annie Coutrmanche 6-2 both matches as well. 

 

Singles four was won by Blair Pappenfus against Ellie Jindra 6-1  both matches.  Giving Becker three single wins. 

 

Number one doubles was played by Hannah Bengston and Megan Nelson, who won their match against Angel Beaufeaux and Addie Sanford, 6-0 both matches. 

 

 

Doubles singles was played and won by Payton Bengston and Alayna Lindquist, 6-2, 6-0.  Doubles three was played Ally Kangas and Julia Bengston, who beat Abby Monse and Bryanna Baugh 6-0, 6-3. Making all three doubles a win. 

 

The girls played hard and brought home multiple wins. Coach Nathan Bucher is very proud of his team. Next up they will play Saturday against Wilmar and Monticello.
