The Becker girls cross country team traveled to the Pond’s Golf Course in St. Francis Oct. 14 to compete in the 2025 Mississippi 8 Conference championship.

They came away with the conference title!

Alyse Denne took fifth in a time of 19:44.2 to lead all Becker girls runners. She was followed by Katelynn Brower (20:05.80) in ninth, Sydnee Bull (20:11.50) in 12th, 20:12.70 Anna Wynia (20:12.70) in 13th, Evelyn Malisheski (20:18.60) in 14th, Savannah Cunningham (20:22.90) in 16th, Laney Hodel (20:29.30) in 18th and Aysa Johnson (21:09.60) in 26th.

JV Squad

In JV, Sophia Otto (22:37.10) took second, Elizabeth Jones (22:37.90) took third, Lorelei Swanson (23:15.00) took fourth,  Addy Goenner (23:18.90) took sixth, Abigail Frey (23:53.30) captured 10th, Greta Schmitt (24:45.40) took 20th, Naiya Hanson (25:24.80) took 26th and Charlotte Dirkes (31:09.70) took 50th.
