The Becker boys’ cross-country team traveled to Little Falls on Sept 11 for the 60th Annual Lucky Lindy/Myron Ahle Invitational.  

The Bulldogs raced well coming in second place, just a tad behind the #1-ranked AA team of Perham. 

Varsity ran with most of the runners receiving or almost receiving season and career best times. 

Parker Spindler (16:27) took ninth and had a five second season best time. Alex Swanson (sub-17) took 13th. The rest of the team included Tanner Felton (17:04), Evan Hubbard (17:31), Brandt Hemmelgarn (17:51), Holden Hubbard (18:06) and Mason Tschida (19:48). 

Overall, the team placed second with a final score of 106 points.

Coming up, the Bulldogs have the traditional Homecoming Football Run along with the Roy Griak Invitational. The Becker Invitational also takes place on Sept, 25, which is approaching fast.
