Oct. 18: Victoria Lynn Prince-Esmond, 38, of Buffalo, was arrested in Ramsey Co. - Wright Co. warrant - 3rd degree sale of controlled substance violation. Matthew Ryan Glunz, 39, of South Haven, was arrested in South Haven - charge of domestic assault. Michelle Marie Boeckman, 30, of Minneapolis, was arrested in Hennepin Co. - Wright Co. warrant - fleeing law enforcement violations. Jessica Marie Olson, 41, of Hanover, was arrested in Buffalo - Wright Co. warrant - domestic assault violations. Jeremy Cromwell Phyle, 40, of Zimmerman, was arrested in Albertville - charge of receiving stolen property.

Oct. 19: Dara LeeDawn Smith Larson, 32, of Fargo, ND, was arrested in Buffalo - Wright Co. warrant - 4th degree DWI violations. Michael Edmund Richmond, 33, of Nisswa, was arrested in Buffalo - charges of 1st degree criminal sexual conduct & possession of child pornography. Marla Kay Hanson, 65, of Buffalo, was arrested in Buffalo - charge of 2nd degree assault. Dale John LaFave, 52, of Fair Haven, was arrested in Stearns Co. - Wright Co. warrants - 2nd degree burglary, 5th degree possession of controlled substance, incendiary device & driving violations. Christopher Robin Baldwin, 44, of St. Michael, was arrested in St. Michael - Brown Co. warrant - domestic assault by strangulation.

Oct. 20: Sara Jacqueline Dennis, 36, of Long Lake, was arrested in Delano - charges of disorderly conduct & obstruction of legal process. Jason Paul Larue, 50, of St. Paul, was arrested in Delano - Stearns Co. warrant - 3rd degree sale of controlled substance. Marc Alan Demarais, 44, of Big Lake, was arrested in Clearwater - Wright Co. warrant - 5th degree possession of controlled substance & MN Dept. of Corrections warrant - parole violation. China Mae Hutchins, 26, of Minneapolis, was arrested in Montrose - McLeod Co. warrant - 5th degree possession of controlled substance.

Oct. 21: Jonathan Jordan Koenig, 22, of Monticello, was arrested in Monticello - charges of terroristic threats, 5th degree assault & possession of firearm under the influence of controlled substance. Daniel Hudson De Beaulie Ziegler, 61, of Spring Lake Park, was arrested in St. Michael - charge of driving after cancellation inimical to public safety.  Jeremy Darrell Jones, 34, of St. Paul, was arrested in Ramsey Co. - Wright Co. warrant - domestic assault violations. Jasani Leara McMorris, 20, of Minneapolis, was arrested in Anoka Co. - Wright Co. warrants - 5th degree possession of controlled substance violations. Christie Marie Weir, 34, of St. Michael, was arrested in St. Michael - charge of 5th degree possession of controlled substance.

Oct. 22: Daniel Richard Bruchmann, 45, of Buffalo, was arrested in Buffalo - charge of 3rd degree DWI. Alex Adam Rischmiller, 33, of Howard Lake, was arrested in Annandale - Renville Co. warrant - domestic assault. Lon Andrew Mingo, 53, of Buffalo, was arrested in Sherburne Co. - charge of domestic assault. Marvin Devanty Cheaye, 20, of Coon Rapids, was arrested in Stearns Co. - Wright Co. warrant - 5th degree possession of controlled substance violation. Christopher Anthony Watson, 36, of Buffalo, was arrested in Montrose - charge of violation of harassment restraining order. Ryan Luke Kirsch, 45, of Lester Prairie, was arrested in Montrose - Washington Co. warrant - careless driving. Christian Wayne Swanson, 58, of Buffalo, was arrested in Buffalo - charge of 3rd degree DWI.

Oct. 23: Jared Anthony Rathai, 36, of Shakopee, was arrested in Clearwater - charge of 3rd degree DWI refusal to test. Myles Alden Egor Pettis, 20, of East Bethel, was arrested in Cokato - charges of kidnapping & terroristic threats. Andres Jairo Arismendy, 37, of Coon Rapids, was arrested in Albertville - Wright Co. apprehension & detention order - 2nd degree DWI violations. Adolfo Quijada Lara, 63, of Otsego, was arrested in Otsego - charge of domestic assault.

Oct. 24: Jacob Alan Westerhouse, 38, of St. Cloud, was arrested in South Haven - charges of 1st degree DWI test refusal, 1st degree DWI, driving after cancelation inimical to public safety & fleeing law enforcement. Leah Kay Christensen, 28, of Monticello, was arrested in Monticello - charge of theft & Mille Lacs Co. warrant - 3rd degree DWI. James Brandon Bush, 35, of Richmond, was arrested in Benton Co. - Wright Co. warrant - 5th degree possession of controlled substance violation. Leonard William Driscoll, 36, of Maple Lake, was arrested in Monticello - Wright Co. apprehension & detention order - violation of an order - protection.

Scott Arnold Boche, 51, of Waverly, was arrested in Waverly - Wright Co. warrant - fleeing law enforcement. Mitchell Harold King, 43, of Maple Grove, was arrested in Albertville - charge of fugitive from justice. Eric Joseph Noecker, 34, of Waverly, was arrested in Waverly - charge of domestic assault.

Oct. 25: Zachariah Xavier Reuben Dethlefs, 28, of Raymond, was arrested in Delano - charges of 5th degree possession of controlled substance & driving after cancellation inimical to public safety. James Carl Jacobsen, 55, of Monticello, was arrested in Albertville - charges of motor vehicle theft & receiving stolen property.

There were 27 property damage accidents, 4 personal injury accidents, 2 hit & run accidents & 10 car deer accidents.

There were 3 arrests - DWI, 1 underage consumption arrests, 1 school bus stop arm violations & 84 tickets - miscellaneous traffic violations reported this week.
