Sept. 27: Jerome Ivory Herbert, 44, of Clearwater, was arrested in Clearwater - charges of domestic assault & obstruction of legal process. Simone Georgette Boyd-Evans, 24, of Onamia, was arrested in Stearns Co. - Wright Co. & Pine Co. warrants - identity theft & Sherburne Co. warrant - 5th degree possession of controlled substance. Lauren Nicole Auger-Newsom, 29, no permanent address, was arrested in Hennepin Co. - Wright Co. warrant - theft violations. Deandre Jamil Barnes, 28, of Minneapolis, was arrested in Hennepin Co. - Wright Co. warrant - 5th degree possession of controlled substance violation. Dawn Renee Girtz, 62, of Becker, was arrested in Monticello - charge of misuse of toxic substance. Thomas Andrew Aho, 24 of Cokato was arrested in French Lake Twp. - charges of 3rd degree criminal damage to property, domestic assault, & obstruction of legal process. Samantha Jean Moen, 36, of Elk River, was arrested in Otsego - Wright Co. warrant - driver’s license violation. Jeri Jerome Knopik, 40, of Andover, was arrested in Buffalo - Wright Co. warrant - 5th degree possession of controlled substance violation.

Sept. 28: Gary Richard Winters, 49, of Howard Lake, was arrested in Buffalo - fugitive from justice charge & an Austin, TX warrant - parole violations. Henry Mitchell Holly, 51, of Brooklyn Park, was arrested in Rockford - charge of terroristic threats. Kevin Ambrose Hoeppner, 22, of South St. Paul, was arrested in Monticello - Wright Co. warrant - 5th degree possession of controlled substance violation. Matthew Earl Potter, 38, of Hayti, SD, was arrested in Maple Lake - Lac Qui Parle warrant - 4th degree DWI. Lance Keith Jude, 21, of Maple Lake, was arrested in Maple Lake - Wright Co. warrants - disorderly conduct & liquor consumption under 21 violations. Craig William Daniels, 39, of Monticello, was arrested in Monticello - Wright Co. warrants - 5th degree possession of controlled substance violations.

Sept. 29: Martin Felix Zuniga III, 42, of Watertown, was arrested in Annandale - charges of 2nd degree DWI & obstruction of legal process. Robert Allen Haberman, 46, of Becker, was arrested in Mille Lacs Co. - Wright Co. warrant - theft by swindle violations. Sandon Uriah Collins Dalbec, 41, of Rockford, was arrested in Rockford - charge of receiving stolen property. Mikkel Allen Ferguson, 28, of Little Falls, was arrested in Morrison Co. - Wright Co. warrant - 5th degree possession of controlled substance violation. Mistie Harmony Demarre, 30, of Hawick, was arrested in Stearns Co. - Wright Co. warrant - trespassing violations. Daulina Maria McClellan, 56, of St. Michael, was arrested in St. Michael - charge of violation of harassment restraining order. Anthony James Romano, 25, of South Haven, was arrested in Clearwater Twp. - Stearns Co. warrant - theft. Christopher William Hennessy, 55, of Edmond, OK, was arrested in Buffalo - Wright Co. warrant - 2nd degree DWI. Michael Stephen Woods, 35, of Buffalo, was arrested in Buffalo - charge of 3rd degree DWI.

Sept. 30: Itokagawastena Robert Gill, 25, of Buffalo, was arrested in Buffalo - charges of terroristic threats obstruction of legal process, disorderly conduct & criminal damage to property. William Bill Vincent, 20, of Maple Grove, was arrested in St. Michael - Wright Co. warrant - simple robbery violations. Timothy Allen Hanson, 55, of Otsego, was arrested in Otsego - charges of 5th degree possession of controlled substance & theft. Ryan Michael Poppen, 36, of Minneapolis, was arrested in Monticello - MN Dept. of Corrections apprehension & detention order - check forgery violations. Aden Abdi Keynan, 19, of St. Cloud, was arrested in Stearns Co. - Wright Co. warrant - theft violations. Joshua David Robinson, 35, of Rockford, was arrested in Hennepin Co. - Wright Co. warrant - 5th degree possession of controlled substance violation. Adam James Young, 39, of Montrose, was arrested in Delano - charge of 3rd degree DWI. Kelantae Melvin Remirez Jordan, 20, of St. Paul, was arrested in Annandale - charge of motor vehicle theft.

Oct. 1: Terry Lamont Matthews, 50, of Brooklyn Park, was arrested in St. Michael - charges of 2nd degree assault, domestic assault by strangulation & interference with 911 call. Jeremy Michael Gibbs, 48, of Hanover, was arrested in Hanover - charge of domestic assault. Kari Ann Hoglund Kounkel, 52, of Monticello, was arrested in Clearwater - charges of 1st degree DWI, motor vehicle theft & driving after cancellation inimical to public safety. Dean Rossiter Heiny, 73, of New London, was arrested in Silver Creek Twp. - charges of failure to obey lawful order & failure to yield to an emergency vehicle. Michael John McGeehan, 51, of Little Canada, was arrested in Clearwater - charge of driving after cancellation inimical to public safety. Aaron James Krouse, 31, of Zimmerman, was arrested in Montrose - Mille Lacs Co. warrant - 1st degree criminal sexual conduct. Victor Lee Trawick, 52, of St. Cloud, was arrested in Otsego - charges of felon in possession of firearms & short barrel shotgun & driving after cancellation inimical to public safety. Angela Reann Lane, 24, of Waite Park, was arrested in Otsego - charges of felon in possession of firearm & short barrel shotgun, & 5th degree possession of controlled substance & Benton Co. warrant - false information to law enforcement.

Oct. 2: Zachary John Heiskary, 31, of Maple Lake, was arrested in Monticello - charge of 2nd degree DWI. James Michael Holt, 69, of Monticello, was arrested in Monticello - Wright Co. warrant - 3rd degree DWI.

Oct. 3: Cole Edwin Ashpole, 23, of Garrison, was arrested in St. Michael - Crow Wing Co. warrants - 5th degree possession of controlled substance & financial transaction card fraud. Peter Kircher Dillon, 69, of Lake Placid, FL, was arrested in St. Michael - charge of 3rd degree DWI. Marvin Smith, 61, of Maple Lake, was arrested in Buffalo - Wright Co. warrants - indecent exposure & predatory offender violations. Christopher Russell Hanson, 43, of Howard Lake, was arrested in Monticello - charge of violation of harassment restraining order.

There were 29 property damage accidents, 4 personal injury accidents, 1 motor vehicle accident fatality, 3 hit & run accidents & 6 car deer accidents.

There were 4 arrests - DWI, 1 underage consumption arrests, 1 school bus stop arm violations & 86 tickets - miscellaneous traffic violations reported this week.
