Kenneth Loyd Billings, 33, of White Bear Lake, was arrested in Anoka Co. - Wright Co., Dakota Co., Isanti Co., Scott Co., Ramsey Co. & Washington Co. warrants - theft. Sean Philip Johnson, 37, of Annandale, was arrested in Southside Twp. - charges of domestic assault by strangulation & interference with 911 call. Danny K. Mead, 37, of St. Cloud, was arrested in Hennepin Co. - Wright Co. warrant - terroristic threat violations. Alexander Robert Bethelsen, 29, of New Hope, was arrested in Hennepin Co. - Wright Co. warrant - 5th degree possession of controlled substance violation. Julie Ann Koerner, 42, of Corcoran, was arrested in Rockford - charge of 5th degree possession of controlled substance. Gavin Michael Jacobson, 24, of Buffalo, was arrested in Buffalo - charge of 5th degree possession of controlled substance. Donnacha Sean O’Connor, 48, of Carlos, was arrested in Albion Twp. - charge of 3rd degree DWI. Joseph William Lindamood, 33, of Braham, was arrested in Rockford - charge of 2nd degree DWI refusal to test. Cory Steven Sund, 35, of Buffalo, was arrested in Buffalo - Wright Co. warrant - domestic assault violations. Samuel Adam Kinney, 18, of Ham Lake, was arrested in St. Michael - charge of 5th degree possession of controlled substance. Michael Robert Durbin, 56, of Monticello, was arrested in Corrina Twp. - charge of violation of domestic abuse no contact order.
