  • Mount Curve – Civil – Questions about abandoned property.
  • Hwy 10/Cty 43 – K9 Deployment – Bruno was used to sniff a vehicle.
  • Mitchell Rd – Domestic – Officers called for family disturbance. Investigated and mediated. Parties separated.
  • Hwy 10/Cty 43 – Traffic Stop – Stop for equipment. A second vehicle stopped in front of the traffic stop. Canine was used for a sniff. Vehicle search was conducted. Drugs were found and a driver was arrested. Driver was booked into Sherburne Jail.
  • Loon Drive – Possible OFP violation being investigated

 Saturday, June 11, 2022

  • Station St – Disturbance – Officers called for parties outside apartment building yelling. Officers investigated. A party was transported to a safe location.
  • Loon Loop – Traffic Complaint – Report of party drinking and driving. Officers were unable to get into position to intercept. Information was shared with a neighboring agency.
  • Station St – Juvenile Complaint – Several juveniles throwing rocks at parked cars. Officers searched the area for the juveniles.
  • Cty 11/173rd – Agency Assist – Officer assisted a Deputy on a traffic stop with a vehicle called in as a traffic complaint. Vehicle search conducted.
  • Station St – Civil – Officers provided a civil standby for property retrieval.
  • Hwy 10/168th St – Public Assist – Vehicle ran out of gas in traffic lane. Vehicle moved to a safe location. Driver assisted with getting fuel to drive to a gas station.
  • Saint Andrews – Agency Assist – Wright County requested Officer attempt contact with a vehicle owner.

  • Cty Rd 43 – Security Alarm – Officers dispatched to an alarm. Checked. No issues.
  • Cty 11/142nd St SE, SC – Traffic Stop – An Officer working Toward Zero Deaths (TZD) stopped a vehicle for equipment. A vehicle search was conducted. The driver was cited.
  • Mitchell Rd – Fireworks Complaint – An Officer checked the area but did not locate.
  • Maple Ln – Civil – Property questions.
  • Fair Meadows – Harassment – Report taken.
  • Meadow Ln – Animal Call – Officer requested to check a dog left outside.
  • Range Pole Pt – Check Welfare – Officer called to check a young juvenile outside unmonitored. Contact made with parent.
  • Lakeshore Dr – Juvenile Complaint – Report that juveniles started brush on fire and had knives. Officers investigated.
  • Jefferson Blvd – Suspicious Activity – Information gathered about possible theft.
  • Lee St – Security Alarm – Officers responded. No issues.
  • Sanford Ave – Fire Alarm – Officers responded. Accidental trip. FD canceled by PD.
  • Minnesota Ave – Property Damage – Report taken for damage to property.
  • Maple Ln – Suspicious Vehicle – An Officer checked on a motorcycle with obstructed registration and screwdriver in the ignition.
  • January St – Agency Assist – An Officer was asked by Pine County to contact a party and gather information about a vehicle. Party contacted.
  • Lakeshore Dr – Suspicious Vehicles – Vehicles and occupants contacted for being in a park after 10pm. Sent on their way.

Thursday, June 9, 2022

  • Hwy 10 – Agency Assist – Officer checked the area of Hwy 10 after a Deputy radioed a vehicle traveling over 100mph. The vehicle was not located.
  • Marketplace Dr – Suspicious Vehicle – Officers contacted a party in an RV and explained city ordinances for RV usage in the city.
  • Lakeshore Dr – Community Policing – Officers attended the Music in the Park event.
  • Henry Rd – Suspicious Activity – Report of vehicle registration year sticker damaged.
  • Hwy 10/Cty Rd 17 – Agency Assist – Officers assisted State Patrol on a two-vehicle injury crash.
  • 198th Ave – Security Alarm – Officers responded to a business alarm. Checked. No issues.
  • Sterling Dr – Found Animal – Dog found. Held at PD. Was brought to Monticello shelter.
  • Delta St – ATV Complaint – Officer requested to enforce ATV ordinance and laws.
  • Aberdeen Way – 911 Hang Up – Text messages to 911. Officers contacted sender. Legal questions. Party was advised on alternative ways of contacting law enforcement, so they were not tying up a 911 Operator with 911 texting.

  • Lakeshore Dr – Suspicious Vehicle – Officer checked vehicles in Lakeside Park and advised of park hours. Parties sent on their way.
  • Lake St S/Monroe – Traffic Stop – Vehicle stopped for equipment. Vehicle search conducted. Citation issued.
  • Eagle Lk Rd/Glenwood Ave – Traffic Complaint – Officer called for a traffic complaint. Both drivers spoken too.
  • Maple Ln – Civil – Officer called for questions about an unwanted resident.
  • Lakeshore Dr – Theft – Report taken for an item that was stolen.
  • Euclid Ave – Loud Noise – Officer called for loud noise in an apartment.
  • Monticello – Agency Assist/Drone – An Officer responded to Monticello to assist Wright County Deputies. The Officer used the BLPD drone to search for vehicle occupants that fled on foot after a pursuit.

  • Maple Ln – Juvenile Complaint – Officer called to mediate and document an incident between parent and child.
  • Edinburgh Way – Civil – Custody questions.
  • Jefferson Blvd – Crash – Vehicle drove into a building. Investigation conducted.
  • Lake Ridge Dr – Order Violation – Officer called by Sherburne Probations to arrest a party on a violation. Party was arrested and transported to Sherburne Jail.
  • Lakeshore Dr – Fireworks Complaint – Juveniles at a park lighting fireworks.
  • City Wide – Drone Deployment – An Officer assisted BL Public Works by using the drone to perform a visual inspection of the top of three city water towers.
  • Mitchell Ridge Dr – Burning Complaint – Officer advised resident of burning ordinance.
  • Earl Rd – Vandalism – House and vehicles egged.
  • 183rd Ave – Suspicious Vehicle – A Night Shift Officer came across a parked vehicle with lights on. The vehicle and surrounding area were checked by officers.
  • Edinburgh Way – Domestic – Officers mediated a family disturbance. Parties separated.

  • Euclid Ave – Disturbance – Past action report. Documented. Citation issued for trespass violation as party involved was trespassed from the property.
  • 152nd St, SC – Agency Assist – An Officer assisted a Deputy on a medical emergency.
  • Lakeshore Dr – Juvenile Complaint – Juveniles harassing another about giving them money.
  • Egret Ave – Traffic Complaint – Report of driving conduct. Vehicles gone on arrival.
  • Station St – Check Welfare – Third party report of a domestic. Officers investigated to find where the parties lived. Parties located and spoken too.
  • Karen Ln – Agency Assist – Officer requested to obtain a phone number for a party.
  • Wood Duck Ln – Harassment – Report of harassment made.
  • Manitou St – ATV Complaint – Party called with ATV concerns.
  • Lakeshore Dr – Fraud – Fraud report taken. Check account information used.
  • Burlwood Cir – Civil – Questions about unwanted guest in caller’s residence.
  • Lakeshore Dr – Suspicious Vehicles – An Officer contacted several at a park for being in the park after hours.
  • Eagle Lk Rd S – Loud Noise – Officer called for a disturbance. Investigated and found it was friends hanging out being loud. Advised to quiet down.
