Sun., Apr. 3, 2022: Hwy 10/Cty 14 - Vehicle Crash - Report completed for single vehicle into an object; Hwy 10/Cty 14 – Traffic Complaint – Report of a wrong way driver on Hwy 10. Officers located vehicle and investigated. Found to be an issue of a tired driver; Hwy 10/Cty 14 - Vehicle Crash - Report completed for single vehicle into cable barrier; Hwy 10/Cty 14 – Vehicle Off Road – Assisted vehicle in the ditch due to weather; Truman Dr - Domestic - Officers mediated a verbal domestic; Oak Ln – Animal Call – Two dogs running the neighborhood. Contained by a neighbor. Officers located owner who retrieved dogs; Karen Ln – Civil – Report taken for civil situation; Lena Trl – Loud Noise – Call of noise complaint. Officers contacted resident.
Sat., Apr. 2, 2022: Hwy 10/Cty 14 – Traffic Stop – Stop for moving violation. Driver did not have a valid license. A vehicle search was conducted. Citation issued to driver; Independence Dr - Disturbance - Call for a party screaming outside. Officers contacted party;Traverse Ln - Civil - Officers asked to assist having a party leave a residence; Lake Ridge Dr – ATV Call – ATV ordinance violation. Officers contacted residents; Traverse Ln - Harassment – Harassment report taken; Norwood Ln – Lift Assist – Officers assisted an; Hwy 10/Cty 50 – Agency Assist – Becker PD trying to stop a vehicle for a moving violation. Vehicle continued from Hwy 10/Liberty Ln. BL officers waited on Hwy 10 at the west side of town, setup stop sticks and prepared to assist as needed. Vehicle stopped short of running over the stop sticks. High risk stop conducted. Driver was taken into custody by Becker PD; Martin Ave – Security Alarm – Officers checked a security alarm. Employee on site. No issues.

Unable to locate vehicle; Hwy 10/Lake St – Public Assist – Helped a stalled vehicle move out the intersection; Fern St - Harassment – Report of harassment documented; Traverse Ln - Civil - Officers mediated a civil dispute; Shore Acres Dr – Agency Assist – Deliver a message for St Cloud PD; Sanford Ave – Public Assist – Curb stop broken. Communicated with Public Works; Fern St – Harassment – Report of harassment taken; Station St – Theft – Packages taken.

Wed., Mar. 30, 2022: Hwy 10/172nd St – Traffic Stop – Vehicle stopped for equipment. Vehicle searched. Citation issued for drug offense; Minnesota Ave – Agency Assist – University of MN PD requested assistance to locate a vehicle; Norwood Ln – Civil – Civil questions; Ormsbee St – 911 Hang-Up – Officers checked. Accidental dial.
Tues., MR. 29, 2022: Hwy 10/Cty 15 – Agency Assist – An officer was present for officer safety while an Elk River PD officer conducted a vehicle search; Independence Dr – Harassment – Report of harassment taken; Jefferson Blvd – Traffic Stop – Vehicle stopped for expired registration. Driver did not have a valid driver’s license. Citation issued; May Cir – Animal Call – Found dog. Owner was located and dog was returned; Hill St – Dog Bite – Report taken of a dog bite. Investigation conducted; Nedd St – Harassment – Report of harassment taken; Aberdeen Way – Traffic Complaint – Report of a vehicle following the caller and an angry contact. Parties upset about each other’s driving conduct and behavior; Rose Dr – Suspicious Vehicle – Checked an occupied vehicle in a parking lot early in the morning.

Checked a vehicle prior to officers approaching the vehicle that had a safety alert on it; Prairie Dr/172nd St – Found Bike – Brough to PD for stolen check and safekeeping; Rose/Phyllis – Domestic – Drive up report of a possible walking domestic on Rose Dr. Checked the area but unable to locate parties; Will St – Gas Leak – Gas line punctured in front yard. Assisted fire dept with traffic control; Henry Rd – Civil – Civil questions about custody; Norwood Ln – Lift Assist – Assisted an uninjured party that slid out of wheelchair; Harrison Dr – Animal Call – Report of dogs at large. Unable to locate; Kenabec St – Domestic – Verbal argument. Mediated and assisted in separating.
