- Juvenile Complaint – Julie Way – Complaint of loud play outside after dark. Contacted juveniles about the noise complaint.
- Agency Assist – Hwy 10/168th St – Injury crash involving a motorcycle that was cut off and went into the ditch. Assisted State Patrol. Motorcyclist transported by ambulance.
- Trespass – Rose Dr – Report of a party stopped from shoplifting at a business. Suspect was located by an officer after leaving the business. The business requested they be trespassed from the store. Trespass issued.
- Community Policing – BL High School – Escort for a sports team.
- Loud Music – January St – Noise complaint. Contacted homeowner about the complaint.
- Public Assist – Lake St S/Tarry Town Rd – Vehicle in the roadway overheated. Assisted moving it off the road.
Saturday, July 15, 2023
- Fireworks Complaint – Lake St N – Complaint made. Party instructed to cease conduct.
- Loud Music – Grace Dr – Located source. Owner advised of complaint.
- Traffic Complaint – Eagle Lk Rd/Minnesota Ave – Report of an impaired driver. Vehicle located. Stopped for speeding and crossing lane line. DWI investigation conducted. Party arrested for DWI. Tested at PD. Booked into Sherburne Jail.
- Suspicious Person – Eagle Lk Rd N/Bermuda Ave – Officer contacted two parties walking along the roadway. Parties were ID and one was found to have a Stearns Co. warrant. Party placed into custody and booked into Sherburne County Jail.
- Crash – 205th Ave – Property damage in a parking lot. Information exchanged.
- Crash – 205th Ave – Property damage in a parking lot. Witness saw the contact. Officer left business cards on both vehicles involved as neither driver was there.
- Suspicious Activity – Henry Rd – Tenant found a camera facing their space. Incident documented for now.
- Lift Assist – Independence Dr – Assisted uninjured party from the floor.
- Disturbance – Edinburgh Way – Call that a person brought home was going to drive drunk. Spoke with parties about decision making.
- Public Assist – Hwy 10/Co Rd 14 – Officer checked on a vehicle on the side of the road with party asleep behind the wheel. DWI investigation conducted. Driver became more coherent as the tests progressed. EMS called to the scene to check the party. Officers discovered an apparent exhaust leak under the car.

- Found Dog – Marcia Dr – Dog at large contained by the caller. Owner located.
- Dog Complaint – Monroe St – Report of three dogs that chased the caller. Unable to locate.
- Suspicious Person – Junegrass Dr – Party soliciting without permit. Officer contacted and instructed to obtain a permit prior to soliciting.
- Theft – Edinburgh Alcove – Theft of vehicle registration tabs. Report taken.
- Gas Smell – Minnesota Ave – Report of a gas smell. Located by officers. FD responded and shut off the gas.
- Vandalism – Eagle Lk Rd N – Report of theft and damage of a flag from their front yard. Investigating through surveillance video.
- Disturbance – Park Ave – Report of yelling near a vehicle. Investigated. Found driver was providing a sober cab and ran out of gas. The other party was upset with the situation.

- Fire – Highline Dr/Lena Trl – Report of dark smoke. Checked the area and did not find an active fire.
- Fraud – Edinburgh Way – Text message thought to be from Wells Fargo. Clicked the link which called a phone number. The party called talked the victim into sharing access into their phone. Several hundred dollars was transferred from the victim’s bank account through Zelle before the victim ended the phone call.
- Animal Complaint – Powell St – Chickens at large. Owner spoken with.
- Suspicious Vehicle – Helen Way – Requested to check an occupied vehicle.
- Theft – Industrial Dr – Reported theft of catalytic converters from a business vehicle.

- Warrant Arrest – Klickitat St – Officers attempted a Wright Co. arrest warrant and located the subject of the warrant. Party booked into Sherburne Jail.
- Theft – Minnesota Ave – Property manager reported a decoy package was stolen and taken into an apartment. Officers contacted the suspect. Citation issued for theft.
- Warrant Arrest – Independence Dr – Officers attempted a Sherburne Co. arrest warrant and located the subject. Arrested and booked into Sherburne Jail.
- Traffic Complaint – Eagle Lk Rd N – Vehicles squealing tires and driving at a high rate of speed. Officers will be monitoring.
- Animal Complaint – Powell St – Chickens at large. Discussed ordinance requirements.
- Fire – Park Ave – Report of a grill on fire. PD arrived and fire was already out.
- Agency Assist – Hwy 10/172nd St – Assisted State Patrol on a property damage crash.
- Agency Assist – Glenwood Ave – Assist Wright Co. on possible stolen vehicle.
- Lift Assist – Eagle Lk Rd N – Assisted an uninjured person from the floor.
- Agency Assist – Eastbound Hwy 10 – Officers assisted Sherburne Co. with a pursuit of a stolen truck. Stop sticks were deployed by a Big Lake Officer, assisted in the pursuit, and with perimeter when the suspect fled from the vehicle.

- 911 Hang Up – 198th Ave – Responded. Investigated situation and learned intoxicated party called but did not want assistance.
- Theft – 198th Ave – Report of a trailer theft. Trailer was already recovered in Mendota Heights.
- Theft – Minnesota Ave – Report taken of a truck and pontoon theft from a business. The pontoon was located in Rogers. The truck was located in Elk River. Investigation continuing for review of surveillance video and collected DNA processing.
- Agency Assist – Hwy 10/Co Rd 17 – Assisted State Patrol on a property damage crash.
- 911 Hang Up – 198th Ave – Responded to business. Appeared to be an accidental dial.
- Search Warrant – Harrison Dr – Investigators working a case served a search warrant of a residence with uniformed officers.

- Lift Assist – Norwood Ln – Assisted uninjured party from the floor.
- Property Damage – Pond View Ln – Report of property damage from a vehicle. Investigated. Driver showed signs of impairment and was arrested for DWI. Warrant obtained for fluid sample. Driver booked into Sherburne Jail.
- Security Alarm – Rose Dr – Responded. Employee trip.
- 911 Hang Up – Karen Ln – Responded. A broken phone with issues dialed 911.
- Agency Assist – Glenwood Ave – Assisted Wright Co. gather information for a hit and run.
