  • Traffic Complaint – Hwy 10 – Possible impaired driver. Checked the area. Not located.
  • Agency Assist – Co Rd 11/Hwy 10 – Assisted deputy with a road rage where parties pulled into a parking lot. Vehicles were gone on arrival.
  • Order Violation – Burlwood Cir – Party arrested for violating a no contact order.
  • Found Animal – Eagle Lk Rd N – Found dog brought to the PD. Owner picked up from PD.
  • Fire Alarm – Crescent St – Responded to alarm. Canceled on arrival.
  • Suspicious Vehicle – Lakeside Park – Checked occupied vehicles parked after hours. Odor of burnt marijuana from vehicle. Vehicle search conducted.

  • Disturbance – Lake Ridge Dr – Report of a loud person outside. Party spoken with about the complaint.
  • Juvenile Complaint – Eagle Lk Rd S – Assisted a parent retrieve a juvenile that ran away. 
  • Agency Assist – 224th Ave – Handled a medical emergency. 
  • Drone – Becker – Drone demonstration for Becker Freedom Days.
  • Fraud – Turnberry Trl – Report taken of access to Paypal account. 
  • Community Policing – Officers guided and directed traffic for the ATV parade through town. 
  • Agency Assist – Pond View Cir – Assisted Wright County, gathered information for a hit and run.
  • Lift Assist – Canvasback St – Assisted an uninjured party from the floor.
  • Burglary – Lakeside Park – Garage broken into overnight. Investigation begun.
  • Traffic Stop – Fern/Rose – Stop for driving without lights. Signs of impairment from driver. DWI investigation conducted. Driver was arrested, tested at the PD, and booked into jail. 

Friday, June 16, 2023

  • Traffic Stop – Lake St S/Norwood Ln – Stop for speeding. Driver showed signs of impairment. DWI investigation conducted. Driver was arrested, tested, and booked into jail. 
  • Traffic Stop – Hwy 10/Co Rd 14 – Stop for speeding. Odor of controlled substance. Vehicle searched. Controlled substance located. Party arrested and booked into Sherburne Jail. 
  • Agency Assist – Hwy 10/168th St – Assisted State Patrol, responded to a motorcycle crash. Parts located but motorcycle left prior to officers’ arrival. 
  • Funeral Escort provided through town.
  • Grass Fire – Lake St S/Tarry Town Rd – Responded and found fire was already out. 
  • Agency Assist – Hwy 10/172nd St – Assisted State Patrol, injury crash with a dump truck and passenger vehicle. 
  • Suspicious Activity – Pleasant Ave – Party received a phone call from a Texas number. The caller said a package with their name on it was in Texas and possibly had drugs in it.
  • Hit and Run – 176th St – Report taken for damage believed to have occurred while at work.
  • Dog Complaint – Vernon St – Barking dogs. Unfounded.

  • Agency Assist – Hwy 10/Euclid – Assisted a deputy conducting a vehicle search. 
  • Traffic Complaint – Hiawatha Ave – Vehicle did a burn out. Vehicle gone on arrival. Information gathered to watch for vehicle. 
  • Suspicious Activity – Euclid Ave – Realtor requested officers check a residence as signs of squatting was observed.
  • Lift Assist – Norwood Ln – Assisted a party. 
  • Dog Complaint – Katrina Ln – Dogs escaped under a fence. Owner spoken with. 
  • Agency Assist – Co Rd 11 – Assisted a deputy on an alarm call and search the property.

  • Pick Up Order – Truman Dr – Located a party with a probation pick up order. Arrested and booked into Sherburne Jail. 
  • 911 Hang Up – 198th Ave – Responded to a business. No problems found.
  • Theft – Isanti St/Hiawatha Ave – Theft of a construction trailer. Entered into a national database as stolen. 
  • Traffic Stop – Lake St S/Harrison Dr – Stop for seat belt violation and vehicle owner showing revoked. Driver had signs of impairment. DWI investigation conducted. Driver arrested for DWI. Warrant obtained for a specimen sample. 
  • Traffic Complaint – Hwy 10/Lakeshore – Vehicle all over the road. Located and stopped. Driver showed signs of impairment. DWI investigation conducted. Driver was arrested. Search warrant obtained for a specimen sample. 

Tuesday, June 13, 2023

  • Traffic Complaint – Lake St S/Harrison Dr – Possible drunk driver. The provided license plate was not correct. Officers did not locate the vehicle. 
  • 911 Hang Up – Truman Dr – Officers responded. Child playing with a phone.
  • Trespass – Rose Dr – Suspicious person not wanted at a business. Party was contacted multiple times by officers throughout the day. Party accepted transportation. 
  • Agency Assist – 220th Ave/Co Rd 81 – Assisted a deputy on a Motorcycle vs Deer crash.  
  • Property Damage – Lake St S – Party drove through a barricade blocking a driveway. Driver contacted. 
  • Crash – Sanford Ave – Juvenile crashed a dirt rocket and was injured. 
  • Agency Assist – 195th St – Responded to a vehicle fire in a driveway. 
  • Agency Assist – 172nd St – Assisted deputies attempt to locate party with a pick up order.
  • Traffic Stop – Hwy 10/168th St – Stopped for driver driving while Canceled IPS. Arrested and booked into Sherburne Jail. 
  • Crash – Jefferson Blvd – Property damage crash in a private parking lot. Documented. 
  • Theft – Eagle Lk Rd N – Report taken of theft from a business. 

Monday, June 12, 2023

  • Suspicious Person – City Wide – Multiple calls to check a party walking around, sitting around, and wandering around, wearing tape over their eyes. The party was checked, identified, and refused multiple resource options. The party was asked to leave and trespassed from several businesses. 
  • Traffic Complaint – Hwy 10/Co Rd 81 – Report of road rage between drivers. One driver exited their vehicle to confront the other. The caller did not keep the vehicles in sight. Officers checked the area but were unable to locate the vehicles. 
  • Agency Assist – Northstar Station – Assisted Metro Transit with a disruptive passenger on the train. 
  • Lost Property – BLPD – Assisted retrieving an item from a residence that provided a GPS location.
  • Bomb Threat – Powell St – Party received a phone call and bomb threat to their residence. Investigation begun for criminal charges.
