- Traffic Stop – Hwy 10/168th St – Stop for expired registration. Driver was found to have provided sister’s name. Driver was identified and had a felony warrant. Arrested for the warrant and charged with false name of another to an officer and driving while revoked.
- Animal Found – Sterling Dr – Picked up. Later brought to Monticello Shelter.
- Road Hazard – Co Rd 43 – Corrected construction cones that were blown/knocked over.
- Misc Officer – Englewood Dr – Waterline break under a residence. Public Works responded.
- ATV Complaint – Industrial Dr – Attempted to contact a 4-wheeler that was driving in the ditch, ditch riding is not allowed April 1 – August 1 in Sherburne County.
- Theft – Jefferson Blvd – Theft from business. Information to be gathered by business.
- Agency Assist – 202nd St/203rd St – Assisted deputy with a report of unattended bonfire.
- Security Alarm – Rose Dr – Responded and checked. No issues found.

- Gas Leak – Kilbirnie Rd – Responded with FD to a smell of gas.
- Dog Complaint – Ormsbee St – Dogs at large.
- Security Alarm – 198th Ave – Business checked.
- Suspicious Person – Arctic Ave – Report of parties walking between houses.
- Agency Assist – Co Rd 43/198th Ave – Assisted State Patrol with the transport of a passenger from a traffic stop.

- Suspicious Vehicle – Highline/Earl – Located and checked. Unoccupied.
- Domestic – Monroe St – Report of assault. Investigated. Party arrested for domestic.
- Agency Assist – Sterling Dr – Accompanied Health and Human Services on a home visit.
- Lift Assist – Independence Dr – Assisted an uninjured person from the floor.
- Pick Up Order – Julie Way – Accompanied a probation officer to a residence. Party was placed into custody for a probation violation. Transported to Sherburne Jail.
- Funeral Escort – Assisted a funeral procession through town to the cemetery.
- Agency Assist – 182nd Ave – Assisted a deputy on a welfare check.

- Suspicious Activity – Rose Dr – Gathered a suspicious item with unknown owner.
- Suspicious Activity – Pleasant Ave – Investigated a report. No problems found.
- Public Assist – Sullivan Way – Assisted moving a large dog into a vehicle for emergency treatment.
- Found Bike – Arctic Ave – Brought back to PD to be claimed by owner.
- Fight – Lake St S – Report of 3 to 5 people fighting outside a business. Fight broken up. Investigated. Parties separated.
- Suspicious Vehicle – 205th Ave – Investigated. No problems found.
- Security Alarm – 177th St – Responded and found unsecure door. Checked building and secured.
- Suspicious Person – Humboldt – Party with shopping cart. Instructed to return it.

- Suspicious Activity – Ormsbee/Providence – Information received.
- Crash – Co Rd 43/Glenwood – Property damage crash requiring a tow and traffic control.
- Public Assist – 205th Ave/Co Rd 43 – Assisted moving a vehicle to a safe location.
- Theft – BLPD – Walk-in report of a past action theft. Report taken.
- Dog Complaint – Leighton Dr – Dog at Large defecating in caller’s yard and causing damage.

- Crash – Powell St N – Property damage crash. Investigated.
- Crash – Minnesota Ave – Property damage crash. Investigated.
- Hazardous Road Condition – Harrison Dr – Basketball hoop setup in the roadway. Owner spoken with and advised the hoop could not be on the roadway.
Monday, April 24, 2023
- Domestic – Sterling Dr – Responded to a 911 Hang Up call. Found an assault occurred and the suspect fled. Perimeter setup and Sherburne K9 responded to assist. Suspect later contacted at the residence and taken into custody. Booked into Sherburne Jail
- Dog Complaint – Manitou St – Barking dogs.
- Fight – Teal St – Report of juveniles fighting. Officers contacted. Juveniles said they were play fighting and wrestling.
- Security Alarm – Co Rd 43 – Responded and checked. No problems found.
- Traffic Complaint – Co Rd 43 – Concerned with speed in construction zone. Extra monitoring and enforcement requested.
