Wayne Allen Baier passed away at his home in Surprise, AZ  Jan. 4, 2017. There will be a memorial service held June 17 at Clearwater United Methodist Church, 405 Main St., Clearwater. Visitation will be at 11, service at 12 and a luncheon will follow at the church.
