LaVerne M. Aumock Peyla, age 66, of Becker passed away peacefully at the St. Cloud hospital on April 10, 2016 embraced by her family and friends.  She is survived by her loving husband of 40 years, Daniel S. Peyla; her beloved parents, Lloyd and Jeanette Aumock; her adoring children Hallie, Sissel, Tony (Jaime), Jessica (Dennis); six beautiful grandchildren Collin, Mackenzie, Myles, Oliver, Fredrik and Sophie and her five siblings, Tom (Polly), Lynn (Bob), Steve (Sharon), Stephanie (Tom) and Jeff (Barb).  

 

LaVerne was a vibrant woman who celebrated every possible moment in life. With an unending dedication to helping and caring for others, she selflessly contributed to the beauty of the world as a talented artist, impeccable seamstress, avid gardener, and baker extraordinaire.   Her greatest joy in life was her children and grandchildren whom she showered with an infinite and profound love wherever they were in the world. 

 

A memorial service to celebrate LaVerne's life will be held on Saturday, April 30 at Riverwood Inn and Conference Center: 10990 95th St NE, Otsego.
