Joseph Allen Westbrock, 62, (formerly of Becker and Holdingford) passed away unexpectedly in January in Madison, Minnesota.

Joe graduated from Holdingford High School in 1979, and St.Cloud AVTI in 1981. He worked as an electrician for various companies through IBEW Locals 343 and 292 for 25 years, and for the State of Minnesota for 8 years.

While living in Becker, he was a member of the Becker Fire Department for 17 Years.

Joe is survived by his former wife of 30 years, Lori Westbrock; his son, Joseph (Erica) Westbrock of Barnesville; daughter, Nicole (Jesse) Korson of Gaylord; 3 beautiful granddaughters, Hannah Korson, Macie Korson and Enora Westbrock; sisters Joyce Schneider, Doris Morton, Audrey Schwieger, Linda Ireland, and Sharon West; many extended family members; and longtime friend, Paul Holzemer. He was preceded in death by his parents, Leroy and Marcella (Rolfes) Westbrock ; and brother, Clyde Westbrock.

A memorial service will be held Friday, February 23rd at the Community Country Church in Holdingford, with visitation at 10 am, service at 11:30, and lunch following.
