Charles Edward Pruszinski, beloved father and brother, died in Yuma, AZ on Tuesday, April 29, 2014.
He was born in Little Falls, MN on October 23, 1937. He was raised on the family dairy farm near Freedhem, MN, and graduated from Little Falls High School in 1955. He served his country in the Army, Army National Guard, and Air National Guard from 1955 to 1996. He traveled the world and saw all but two states. He loved hobby farming, driving truck, a good laugh, and his children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren. He taught his children to love the Lord and be responsible adults. He struggled with numerous health issues for his last five years, and always met them with courage, a positive attitude, a sense of humor, and hope.
He was preceeded in death by his parents, Burton and Mary Estella (Mason) Pruszinske, and brother William “Bill” Martin Pruszinske. He is survived by the mother of his children, Yvonne, and his children Dennis Charles, Peggy LaVonne, Vonda Kay, and Greg Burton; his grandchildren Michael, Nathan, Hannah, Faith, Wesley, Joshua, Kyle, Levi, and Carly; his great grandchildren Carson and Amaya Grace; and his brothers Stanley and Albert.
Visitation on May 21 at 9 am at Church of Christ, 2950 County Road 136, St. Cloud. Funeral service at 10am. The Memorial service and interment will be held at Minnesota State Veteran’s Cemetery (Camp Ripley) 15550 Hwy 115 Little Falls, MN 56345 at 2 pm.
