Betty Lou Flansburg, age 81 of Becker and formerly of Brainerd, passed away at the Legacy of St. Michael on Fri., Jan. 27. Visitation was Fri., Feb. 3 at Becker Baptist Church. Funeral services followed with Rev. Rob Olsen officiated. Interment will be at the Minnesota State Veterans Cemetery of Little Falls.  Funeral arrangements were with the Peterson-Grimsmo Chapel of Monticello.

 

Betty was born on May 15, 1935 in Brainerd, MN to Wilford and Lola (Teager) Nubbe.  She grew up in the Brainerd area and she and her late husband Richard, had made their home in Becker over 20 years.  

 

Betty is survived by nephews Charles (Vicki) Flansburg, Cyril (Vicki) Flansburg; and numerous other nieces and nephews. Betty was preceded in death by her parents, Wilford and Lola Nubbe; husband Richard; brothers Allen, Mylan, and Larry; and sisters Ardyce and Gaylene.
