Kay Trunk and Pixi Benson served up Norwegian cuisine to people attending the Syttende Mae Dinner held May 20th at Glendorado Lutheran Church. A plethora of Scandinavian foods were on the menu: Flote Grote, lefse, pickled herring, as well as ham, meatballs, scalloped potatoes, fruit salad and much more.
