The Becker Bulldog  speech team participated in their conference tournament Thursday in Milaca and took home second place! Micah Roetman took first place and Michelle Johnson second in Extemp Speaking; Raina Schmidt took third in Great Speeches; Austin Clemen took fourth in Informative; Adam Seitz and Tucker Schmoll each took second in Dramatic Duo; Nick Roehl captured seventh in Storytelling; Lauren Baloun took fifth in Original Oratory; Ella Nettestad took sixth in Poetry; Kylie Applen captured first, Susan Lee second, Frank Potter fifth and Maddie Kolbinger eighth in Drama; Bella Pettit took third, Aria Webster fourth, Luca Hansen fifth and Abbie Halvorson sixth in Prose; and Alyssa Oelmann captured sixth in Creative Expression.
