Last week’s competition at East Ridge was tough for the Becker Speech team. Only one student placed in their section, Austyn C., 7th in poetry. 

“Being at such a huge tournament was very challenging but very worth it to see old friends and make new ones,” said Alyssa O. of the team.

This week’s tournament will be at Forest Lake. Results will follow in next week’s Patriot.
