The contest is open to kids, grades K-12. To participate, youth should mail an 8x10 print of their picture and an entry form to the Refuge Headquarters by the Sept. 1 deadline. At the Fall Wildlife Festival on Sat. , Oct. 3, winners will be announced and all photos submitted will be displayed. The grand prize winner, for the most dynamic photo entered across all categories, will recieve a money prize and their photo will be enlarged and displayed in the new Oak Savanna Learning Center. There will be multiple prizes for other photos and/or essays as well.
