TOWN OF BECKER
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the Becker Township Planning Commission will hold their monthly meeting at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, December 10, 2018 at Becker Town Hall, 12165 Hancock Street. The Planning Commission will hold the following public hearings: 
7:01 p.m. Becker Joint Planning Board Zoning Ordinance Amendment Public Hearing. The Becker Township Planning Commission will be holding a public hearing to consider amendments to the following sections of the current zoning ordinance:
• Section 5, Definitions
• Zoning District Sections 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14 regarding distance between footings and mottling, side setback administrative language
• Section 7, revising permitted and conditional use language
• Section 16, General Performance Standards –regarding food trucks; business uses in the general rural district, and other administrative edits

PALMER TOWNSHIP
PARKING NOTICE
Ordinance #110 was approved and signed on October 10th, 2011.
This Ordinance regulates parking along Township roads.  This Ordinance regulates a parking ban in effect from November 15th of each year and shall remain in effect until April 15th of the following year.  During a parking ban, no vehicle shall be parked in any portion of a street or highway.
In addition to the restiction above, no person shall park a vehicle in any portion of a street or highway for a perior exceeding 24 hours.  After 24 hours the vehicle may be towed away and impounded at the owners expense.
Under no circumstances shall a person park a vehicle in any portion of a street or highway in such a way as to create a hazard for the traveling public or interfere with maintenance of the road right-of-way.
The Sherburne County Sheriff's Department may issue a parking citation and sign a towing order.

1. Default has occurred in the conditions of that certain mortgage dated May 2, 2008 that was executed by and among Terence C. Boerger and Janet D.
