The Sherburne History Center is pleased to be hosting the second annual Sherburne Area Visual Arts Showcase and ice cream social Tuesday.

 

The art show takes place Tuesday through Friday, during SHC’s regular business hours (10:00 am – 5:00 pm), plus Tuesday night, June 11 from 6-8 p.m. during the SHC Ice Cream Social.

 

This year’s art show features fourteen local artists displaying works including painting, drawing, wood carving, sculpture, and ceramics. It is free to attend the show, and many of the art works are available to purchase from the artists.

 

The ice cream social event features free ice cream treats as well as access to the Sherburne Area Visual Arts Showcase, woodcarving demonstrations, a children’s book sale, and visits to the SHC gallery and walking trails. The event is free, and all are welcome to attend.
