Scouts Sign Up Night Sept 22

Pack and troop leaders from the Central Minnesota Council of the Boy Scouts of America will be available Thursday, September 22nd from 6 to 7 pm. at several local elementary schools to sign up new Cub and Boy Scouts.

School Night for Scouting is effort to recruit new Cub Scouts by bringing the sign-up process to their school.

“My son asked me if he could join Cub Scouts and I said yes right away, because I knew the program teaches boys good character values and how to be good citizens,” said DJ Collins, a leader with Cub Scout Pack 43 in Brainerd, Minn.  “When he joined I joined as well and I have just as much fun as he does.”
