On Tuesday, January 18, 2022, a group of individuals representing several social justice and political activist organizations led by Wright County Indivisible peacefully assembled in front of Tom Emmer’s congressional office in Otsego. The pro-democracy group was supporting the right to vote legislation and called the event the “Every Vote Counts Rally.” The rally ended at 12:30 when representatives from the group met with Tom Emmer’s staff.
