Prom is a special night that brings with it life-long memories no matter who a person is or what age they may be. It was no different at Our Dance Place’s luau-themed prom held last week in Clearwater.

 

Our Dance Place is a social entertainment club for developmentally disabled persons and people with disabilities where they can get together with friends in a safe, hassle-free social environment, dancing, dining, talking and having fun; a place where they can be themselves, meet new people and have a sense of belonging.

 

In Clearwater, Our Dance Place is hosted every Thursday at Driftwood Golf and Fitness from 5:30 to 8 p.m. Cost is $5 at the door, chaperones are free.
