Construction is underway at Pebble Creek Golf Course as the decking on the north side of the building is being expanded to a large deck towards the street side of the building.

“With another spring/summer of ‘social distancing’ likely, we chose to expand our outdoor seating at Pebble Creek,” said General Manager Josh Kuha.

Becker-based construction company, Lincoln Builders, was selected to do the work with project completion in time for snowmelt.  

The City of Becker’s Public Works team poured footings and repurposed some unused light poles to anchor sail-shades that will cover the seating area.  The new deck will host the entity’s “live music series” which will feature various musicians on a regular schedule throughout the summer.  

The new deck will seat approximately 80 people, barring any occupancy restrictions.
