On June 11, 2019, Monarch Healthcare Management, a Minnesota based company, along with representatives from Foley Healthcare Inc., announced that Foley Healthcare Inc. has made plans to sell the Heritage of Foley Campus to Monarch Healthcare Management. Both parties are anticipating that the ownership change will take place on or around August 1st, 2019.   

 

The addition of this community will increase the current Monarch Healthcare Management portfolio to a total of 14 assisted living and 30 skilled nursing facilities throughout Minnesota. 

 

“With skilled nursing facilities in Alexandria, Litchfield and other communities in the North Metro, we have been looking to continue our growth further north and west and this campus aligned for the perfect regional expansion.” said Marc Halpert, COO at Monarch Healthcare Management.

 

Monarch Healthcare Management executives and corporate support staff were onsite at the Heritage of Foley when the announcement was made and met with current staff  to answer questions and begin working with the facility’s management on the transition.  Regional leaders will continue to provide ongoing support to the current staff of the Heritage of Foley and look forward to assisting them in continuing the excellent care they have been providing residents.
