Becker senior Zack Moeller was recently featured as WJON Radio’s All-Star Student of the Week.

 

Moeller, a two-sport athlete on the Bulldog basketball and soccer teams is on the National Honor Society and is active in his church’s youth group. He is recognized in and out of school as a team player who leads by example.

 

“(He’s) just got that infectious personality,” said Assistant BHS Principal Mark Kolbinger. “People like to be around him and he’s been a real good leader for us at school.”

 

Moeller has been playing basketball all his life and only recently did he take up the sport of soccer. His style of play and his persuasive personality was enough to land him the starting goalie position on the squad for his senior year.

 

Josh Ihrke, Moeller’s head coach on the basketball team says Zack is one of those kind of guys you love having on the floor.

 

“Every day, no matter what’s gone on previous days or games, he comes in, works hard, never complains and is always trying to get better,” said Ihrke.
