Musicians from Becker Middle School Bands entertained family and friends with their spring concert last week at the Performing Arts Center.
The evening of music began with the sixth-grade band performing six songs, beginning with Popcorn Prelude and ending with the always popular Star Wars.
Next up was seventh-grade with six more selections. The band began and ended their portion of the concert strong, starting with Invincible and finishing with Heavy Metal.
The eighth-grade band concluded the evening with four songs, each showcasing a complexity and skill earned through hours of practice that ended with Jungle Dance.
The middle school bands were directed by Band Teacher Shelly Clemen.
