Liberty Diversified International (LDI), a long-standing family-owned company, successfully mobilized its employees nationwide for its Annual Giving Campaign, culminating in a remarkable $776,971 raised for nonprofits across communities where employees reside and work.

Community engagement has been ingrained in the company’s 105-year history, with employees actively supporting numerous nonprofit organizations throughout the United States. The giving campaign, along with volunteer initiatives and various grant programs, has become a cornerstone of LDI’s commitment to supporting and enhancing local communities.

Each year, the giving campaign serves as an educational platform for LDI employees, highlighting the prevalent needs within their communities. It fosters unity and offers opportunities for employees to contribute to charitable organizations that resonate most deeply with their values.

“This commitment to our communities reflects the core values of our company, and I am immensely proud of our collective efforts during the giving week,” said Greg Theis, CEO of LDI. The Mike & Linda Fiterman Family Foundation generously provided a matching donation, focusing on organizations dedicated to supporting youth mental health.

The annual campaign stands as one of four company-wide events dedicated to bolstering local communities as part of LDI’s mission to ‘Level the Playing Field for Kids.’ Earlier this fall, in partnership with the United Way, LDI packed 3,500 backpacks with essential supplies for children in need.

Furthermore, LDI extends its support by offering employees a paid day off each year to volunteer for causes they are passionate about, encouraging everyone to actively contribute to their communities.
