Behlen Building Systems recently named the winners of the annual Building of the Year contest and KE Commercial of Big Lake received honors for one of the projects they completed last year. KE Commercial also received recognition for achieving $850,000 in sales volume with Behlen (an engineered metal building manufacturer).
KE Commercial was awarded outstanding performance in the factory/warehouse facilities category for the Pfeninger Warehouse LLC located in Alexandria, Minnesota. KE Commercial served as the general contractor. Norm Cole Architects in St. Cloud, Minnesota was the architect.
