Minnesota’s spookiest season will look a little different this year, but many Halloween attractions and events are still taking place with added safety precautions.
Whether one is looking for frightful fun or not-so-scary tricks and treats, keep reading to discover how Central Minnesotans are celebrating Halloween this year.
Becker
Becker Baptist Church (11951 Hancock St.) is holding a Trunk or Treat event Saturday from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m.
Grab the family, dress in your costumes, and load up the car. BBC will have their annual Trunk or Treat in the church parking lot and they encourage everyone to wear their costumes, prepare to get lots of candy and plan on having a blast in a safe, fun event designed for everyone!

Faith Lutheran Church (11755 Sherburne Ave.) invites all people of all ages to come in costume for Halloween fun, games and candy in the church parking lot from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.
Grace Lutheran Church (11185 27th Ave. SE) also will have a Trunk or Treat event in their parking lot from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. and will have candy, games and loads of fun for kids of all ages.
Becker High School (12000 Hancock St.) will hold their Trunk or Treat event in the PAC (Performing Arts Center) parking lot on Saturday from 5 -7 p.m.
The events at Grace Lutheran (GLC), Faith Lutheran (FLC) and the high school are sponsored by BHS’s National Honor Society, BHS Robotics, FLC and GLC.
Becker Pizza Depot
Pizza Depot is hosting a Spooktacular Pizza Party Oct. 31 from noon until 4 p.m. For those who registered by Oct. 28, the event Saturday will feature a pumpkin painting project with the gourds being donated by Norm’s Farm Market. The cost is $5 (plus tax) which includes a slice of pizza, fountain pop and a mini pumpkin to paint. Costumes are encouraged!
Becker Pizza Depot is located at 14281 Bank St. in Becker.
Soulstis
Come in for a spell on October 31 between 2-4 p.m. with your ghouls to receive a coupon worth 30% off an hour massage! Soulstis is located at 14087 Banl St. (#5) in Becker.
Foley
Stoneybrook Farms (Hwy. 95 and 115th Ave. NE) in Foley has a 9-acre maze with easy and hard options, as well as a pick-your-own-pumpkin patch. They are open Halloween Day from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Admission is $10 for adults and $6 for kids 6-15, five and under are free!
If one is a veteran, show one’s Military I.D. and receive $2 off admission for you and anyone in one’s immediate family. Thank you for your service!

Big Lake
Saron Lutheran Church (311 Lake St. So.) is holding a Trunk or Treat/Pumpkin Walk Saturday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Join them for a FREE family event in the Saron Church parking lot.
• A selfie station - upload one’s photos to #saronpumpkinwalk to enter their costume contest;
• Bring your best pumpkin creations anytime during the day to enter the pumpkin carving contest;
• A drive-thru event will occur after to see all the pumpkins on display;
• All winners will be announced on Saron’s Facebook page on Sunday, Nov. 1.
Monty’s Tropical Hideout
Monty’s is hosting a Halloween fun night featuring the music of The Departures, who will be playing a vacation playlist live on the patio in the heated tent or inside Monty’s Tropical Hideout! There will be a $300 cash prize for best costume! The fun starts at 9 p.m. and Monty’s is located at 16496 149th St. SE in Big Lake.
Santiago
The Santiago Lions has a Trunk or Treat event Saturday from 1-3 p.m. with a drive-thru at Santiago Town Hall/Ballpark. Particiapiants are encouraged to bring a camera for photo opportunities.
The Kragero One Room School will be hosting a Halloween Party Sat., Oct. 31 from 3-6 p.m. Costumes are encouraged. Bring a potluck item to share. There will be kids games, treats and hayrides. St. Cloud
Molitor’s Haunted Acres has prepared a new and exciting walk-through version of their haunt due to COVID-19 with a focus to ensure their guests and staff are safe. They have implemented time tickets to reduce large group gatherings and long lines waiting to begin the attraction. With new ways to experience the haunt, persons will find themselves navigating their acres in an entirely new way!

Clearwater
