Freedom Days week is outstanding!

Freedom Days has come and gone but the weeklong festival was filled with beautiful weather, delicious food and drink and wonderful spectacles!

From the Becker Library functions to the business picnics and lunches, to the ice cream socials,  to the open houses, to the parade, carnival and fireworks — the schedule of events were jam-packed and well-attended during last week’s run.

The Becker Blast held a softball tournament and the community center held a bubble party at the becker splash pad. Live music was held at the Legion hall featuing Saintrio. The Becker dance team and Starz dancers performed at the main stage Saturday and the Boy Scout Troop 92 held a BBQ last Sunday to kick the festivities off!

And it all culminated with a block party at the corner of Hancok Street and Central Avenue, live music from Time Machine and some of the best firworks displays in the area presenetd by the Becker Lions Club.

Thanks to the businesses, the patrons, the volunteers and the workers who made the 2022 Freedom Days fun week the best yet! See ya next year!
