LAKE OF THE WOODS FISHING TRIP. A mother and daughter team from Palmer reeled in several fish last weekend. Kaylee Achman (age 9) caught a 19” walleye, as well as a 13” walleye (which she threw back). Jennifer Achman caught a 23” walleye, which they also threw back. The Achman family enjoys fishing at Lake of the Woods several weekends during the winter as a family. Kaylee is busy many weekends with dance, and also enjoys skiing and hockey. (Submitted Photo)
