WE ALL SCREAM FOR ICE CREAM! Briggs Lake General Store in Palmer decided to have some fun with the late March snowfall event. Because three inches of snow fell over the weekend in the area, ice cream was discounted 30 percent all weekend at the store. It would appear that ice cream makes any day better, despite the weather!
