Central Minnesota Jobs and Training Services, Inc. (CMJTS) is proud to announce the presentation of a $10,000 Member Impact Fund grant, generously awarded on behalf of CorTrust Bank, National Association and the Federal Home Loan Bank of Des Moines (FHLB Des Moines).

This impactful funding includes a $2,500 contribution from CorTrust Bank, matched by $7,500 from FHLB Des Moines, for a total grant award of $10,000. These funds will support CMJTS’s continued efforts to develop and deliver workforce solutions that support jobseekers and strengthen local businesses across Central Minnesota.

“We are thrilled to partner with CorTrust Bank to make an even greater impact within our community,” said Dina Wuornos, Executive Director of CMJTS. “This grant directly supports our mission of building a skilled workforce and vibrant local economy.”

The funds will also play a vital role in helping CMJTS gain greater independence from state and federal funding streams. As the organization works to diversify its financial base, this grant provides a meaningful step forward in developing innovative, sustainable programs that respond directly to the needs of local jobseekers and employers.

This achievement would not have been possible without the outstanding relationship-building efforts of Tim Zipoy, CMJTS Business Service Coordinator and active leadership team member. Tim’s professionalism and passion for service are evident in his ongoing engagement with community leaders through local chambers of commerce, Wright County Economic Development Partnership, the Central Minnesota Manufacturers Association, and other key community forums. His work continues to place CMJTS at the forefront of workforce development in the region.
