In last week’s story concerning the tritium water leak at Xcel’s Nuclear Power Plant in Monticello, it was reported that the MPCA did not respond to our request for information. Closer examination of the reporter’s SPAM email folder indicates that Andrea Cournoyer, Director of Communications for the MPCA, had indeed responded to our request.  The Patriot regrets this error and apologizes for this unfortunate incident.
