THE PATRIOT NEWSPAPER’S CHRISTMAS COLORING CONTEST had over 100 submissions and the staff whittled the masterpieces down to the winners in each age category. Maisie Brum (L) of Clear Lake won in the 0-5 age category, Claire Nelson (M) of Big Lake won in the 6-10 age category and Julia Haus (R) of Big Lake won for the 11-15 age group. Coloring Contest Winners get Rewards!

This week, the three winners from the Patriot’s Christmas Coloring Contest stopped by the offices to receive their prizes and get their photos taken.

Each winner received a $15 gift card to area Subway Restaurants.

The winners were: Maisie Brum of Clear Lake for age group 0-5, Claire Nelson of Big Lake for age group 6-10 and Julia Haus of Big Lake for age group 11-15.

Congratulations to the winners and the many artists for their incredible submissions!
