Clearwater’s Music in the Park kicks off

Music and art combined for a great family evening in Clearwater last Thursday, as the city’s first Music in the Park event of the summer and Clearwater Library’s Tiny School of Art and Design event were held simultaneously at Eldorado Park.

The free events drew a mixed crowd, with residents of all ages coming together to enjoy a night of community, art, and fun. Musician Donnie Brang entertained everyone with a wide variety of music while younger residents tried their hand at using watercolor markers and live model drawings.

Music in the Park is organized and presented by Clear Valley Business Connections as a way for local businesses to give back and get the community together outside.

Upcoming Music in the Park concerts include Singleton Street on July 18, The Farmer’s Daughters on August 1, and Cruise Control on August 22.
