Lifelong Palmer area resident Terese (Balder) Weis will celebrate her 94th birthday on July 17, 2021. Terese and her sister Jeanette (who turned 90 on June 1, 2021) celebrated their birthdays recently. The celebration was put on by Jeanette’s children and grandchildren at the Foley Park and a number of friends, nieces and nephews attended the celebration. (Submitted Photo).
