Becker Dollars for Scholars® is sponsoring the 29th annual Phone-A-Thon for scholarships.  The Phone-A-Thon will be held on the evenings of March 12 and 19. 

 

Volunteer students will call Becker School district residents to take pledges.  Larger donations from individuals, businesses, and organizations are also accepted.

 

All money raised is awarded to Becker High School students.  Scholarships of $500 (or more) are available to graduating high school seniors planning to attend public or private colleges or technical colleges and to those who are already attending college.  The Becker community has contributed over $475,000 over the past 28 years.

 

Becker Dollars for Scholars has a website through Scholarship America and all student applications will need to be completed by logging on to becker.dollarsforscholars.org website and click on the “Students and Parents” tab and follow the instructions there.
