Becker Dollars for Scholars® is sponsoring the 36th annual Phone-A-Thon for scholarships.  The Phone-A-Thon will be held on the evenings of February 26th and March 4th with a day during the week of March 9th as alternate dates if needed because of weather or conflicts with other activities. 

Volunteer students will call Becker School district residents to take pledges.  Larger donations from individuals, businesses, and organizations are also accepted.  All money raised is awarded to Becker High School students.  Scholarships of $500.00 (or more) are available to graduating high school seniors planning to attend public or private colleges or technical colleges and to those who are already attending college or technical college.  The Becker community has contributed over $690,000 to over 1,350 scholarships over the past 35 years.

Becker Dollars for Scholars has a website through Scholarship America and all student applications will need to be completed by logging on to the website becker.dollarsforscholars.org and click on the “Students and Parents” tab and follow the instructions there.  

 If you would like to make a donation online by credit card you may log on to Becker.dollarsforscholars.org website and click on the “donate now” tab and follow the instructions listed there.
