A two vehicle accident in Becker March 20 sent a 43-year-old Buffalo woman to the hospital with non life-threatenning injuries.
According to authorities, a 17-year-old male (name witheld) was driving his 2003 Ford Expedition southbound when he came to a stop sign on Edgewood Street to turn left onto east bound Hwy. 10. A 2016 Mazda CX-5, driven by 43-year-old Tracy Ann Sieg of Buffalo was traveling westbound on Hwy. 10 in the right lane. The Ford failed to yield to through traffic and crashed into the Mazda.
Road conditions were not an issue in the noon occurence.
Sieg was transferred to Buffalo Hospital while the 17-year-old was sent to Monticello Hospital. Both drivers had seatbelts on and alcohol was not involved.
