Celebrate Becker is right around the corner and the committee to plan this year’s event has got just about everything lined up for the big day’s event.
But they are in need of vendors — businesses or individuals who have a product or service to market are invited to grab some space at the second annual Celebrate Becker Community Event Feb. 24.
The function will be held at the Becker High School Fieldhouse from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Awesome activities — indoors and out — along with vendor booths, food specialties, inflatables, a craft fair, medallion hunt, fat tire bike race and selfie contest all make up this year’s spectacular bash.
For more information on the event, check www.facebook.com/celebratebecker for all activities and how one can get involved!
Supporters are being asked to help promote the event by purchasing a Celebrate Becker t-shirt and enter the selfie contest. Shirts are available at the Chamber office, Becker Community Center,
Sherburne State Bank, Community Ed, and Becker Spine for $15 (adults) and $10 (kids).
The Celebrate Becker committee consists of Jamie Cassidy and Cindy Kazeck (Becker Community Center); Carol Hanson (Citizen-Tribune newspaper); Alyssa Braaten (Sherburne State Bank); Michelle Peacock (Becker Community Ed); Lynette Brannan (Chamber office manager); Val Wruck (Wruck Company); Pastor Rob Olsen (Becker Baptist Church); Amber Hansen (Able Bodies Massage & Wellness) and Cass Studer (Snap Fitness).
