HEARING TO CONSIDER
REVOCATION OF
CONDITIONAL USE
PERMIT
NOTICE IS GIVEN that the Town Board of the Town of Lynden, Stearns County, Minnesota, will conduct a joint public hearing of the Town Board and the Township Planning Commission at the Lynden Town Hall located at 21367 Co. Rd. 44, Lynden Township, Minnesota on January 25, 2016, commencing at 7:00 P.M.
The purpose of the hearing is to consider the revocation of a conditional use permit issued to Valorie Muggli for the operation of a commercial kennel at 16855 County Road 44, South Haven, Minnesota. The Town Board will hear comments and testimony from any person wishing to present written or oral testimony at the public hearing.

By the enactment of this Ordinance, the City Council establishes fees and charges required by the City Code for the year 2016 and to comply with Minnesota Statutes, §462.353, subd. 4.
