An Ordinance Amending Sections 4.00, 5.00, 6.00, And 7.00 Of Ordinance 2007-01 Establishing A Planning Commission For The Town Of Becker
SUMMARY
The Town Board of the Town of Becker, ordains:
SECTION 1. An amendment to Ordinance 2007-01: Establishing a Planning Commission for the Town of Becker as follows:
Administrative updates to the Planning Commission ordinance reflecting current records procedures and updating references to the Town Board and Joint Planning Board as necessary.
SECTION 2. Effective Date. This ordinance shall become effective upon its passage and publication.
Adopted the 25th day of January 2021.
