Notice is hereby given that the Becker Township Planning Commission will hold their monthly meeting at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, February 13, 2017 at Becker Town Hall, 12165 Hancock Street. The Planning Commission will hold the following public hearings:
7:01 p.m. Tim Peterson Variance Application. Tim Peterson applicant/owner has submitted a variance application for a variance to the front yard setback ordinance due to land topography. Property identified as parcel 05-496-0110 in Section 8, Township 34N, Range 28W, Becker Township.
7:05 p.m. Midwest Bus Parts Conditional Use Permit Application. Adrian Berning owner/applicant has submitted a conditional use permit application for an automotive/diesel repair facility identified as property 05-434-0205 located at 16174 149th Street SE, Big Lake MN.
7:10 p.m. Cheryl Stinski Minor Subdivision Application. Cheryl Stinski owner/applicant has submitted a minor subdivision application to create 2 lots on the property identified as parcel 05-119-4401 located at 14350 107th Street SE, Becker, MN.
Anyone interested in these requests is encouraged to attend and comment at the Public Hearing.
