Notice is hereby given that the Becker Township Planning Commission will hold their monthly meeting at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, May 8, 2017 at Becker Town Hall, 12165 Hancock Street. The Planning Commission will hold the following public hearing: 

7:01 p.m. Cheryl and Russell Elzy Conditional Use Permit Application. Cheryl and Russell Elzy, applicants/owners have submitted a conditional use permit application for an increased animal unit density ordinance. Property identified as parcel 05-127-1400 in Section 27, Township 34N, Range 28W, Becker Township

7:05 p.m. Becker Joint Planning Board Zoning Ordinance Amendment Public Hearing, Animal Unit Ordinance amendments to the Becker Joint Planning Board Zoning Ordinance as they relate to Animal Unit Calculations.
