Town Of Becker Notice Of Public Hearing

Notice is hereby given that the Becker Township Planning Commission will hold their monthly meeting at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, April 9, 2018 at Becker Town Hall, 12165 Hancock Street. The Planning Commission will hold the following public hearings:
7:01 p.m. Accurate Automotive, Inc., Conditional Use Permit Application. Brandon Hines applicant, and Sherburne State Bank, owner have submitted a conditional use permit application for an automotive sales and repair facility identified as property 05-492-0110 located at 16492 149th Street SE, Big Lake MN.
7:10 p.m. Rezone Action Rezoning Public Hearing Becker Joint Planning Board is Rezoning from General Rural to Commercial, properties identified by parcel identification numbers 05-511-0010, 05-511-0105, and 05-511-0020. Parcels are located between Truck Highway 10 and 137th Ave SE, Becker, MN.
Anyone interested in these requests is encouraged to attend and comment at the Public Hearing.
